摘要
通过对全国综合档案馆档案开放与档案利用、历史档案开放与利用和现行文件利用的情况统计分析,得出档案利用率并没有随着档案开放率的增加而增加,档案开放与档案利用的关系并不成正相关关系的结论。据此,对影响档案开放与档案利用的关系的外在因素、档案自身的因素、开放档案的利用者历史工作者因素和档案利用率因素进行分析思考,认为最主要的因素是档案自身的因素,档案开放与档案利用的内在关系还需继续讨论。
Through the statistical analysis of the openness and utilization of archives,the openness and utilization of historical archives and the utilization of current documents in the national comprehensive archives,it is concluded that the utilization rate of archives does not increase with the increase of the open rate of archives.Not a positive correlation conclusion.Based on this,this paper analyzes and thinks about the external factors that affect the relationship between the opening of archives and the utilization of archives,the factors of the archives itself,the factors of the users of the open archives,the factors of the historians,and the factors of the utilization rate of the archives.It is believed that the most important factor is the factor of the archives itself.,the internal relationship between archives opening and archives utilization needs to continue to be discussed.
