摘要
近两年来反复零星暴发的新冠肺炎疫情,使得我国线上线下教育融合程度越来越深,得益于人工智能、互联网的发展,我国教育教学的进程在疫情蔓延情况下并没有中断。人工智能时代对教师评价素养提出了更高的要求。在人工智能快速发展的背景下,该文通过文献研究法分析提升中学教师评价素养的必要性,并在“促进学生逐步深度发展”的基本理念下,从教师评价素质和能力构成要素出发,分析关于教师评价素养教育薄弱的重要原因,以及探究如何利用大数据提升教育者评价职业修养的基本路径。
The repeated COVID-19 epidemic in the past two years has made the integration of online and offline education in China deeper and deeper. Thanks to the development of artificial intelligence and the Internet, education in China has not been interrupted despite the spread of the epidemic. The era of artificial intelligence has put forward higher requirements for teachers’ evaluation literacy. Through the literature research method, this paper analyzes the necessity of improving the evaluation literacy of middle school teachers in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence. And under the basic concept of“promoting the gradual and in-depth development of students”, starting from the most constituent elements of teachers’ evaluation literacy and ability, it analyzes the important reasons for teachers’ weak evaluation literacy, and explores how to use big data to improve the basics of educators’ evaluation of professional accomplishment.
