房山地区儿童维生素D营养状况调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析房山地区儿童维生素D的营养状况。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月在房山区良乡医院儿科就诊的2210名儿童进行研究,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定血清25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平,分析不同年龄段、性别、居住环境及季节等因素对儿童维生素D水平的影响。结果:所有研究对象中儿童维生素D缺乏率为10.2%,维生素D不足率为33.8%;女孩维生素D水平低于男孩,维生素D缺乏发病率亦高于男孩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);城市儿童维生素D缺乏发病率高于农村儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长,儿童25-(OH)D水平逐渐减低,学龄期儿童维生素D缺乏发病率高于学龄前期、婴幼儿期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同季节25-(OH)D水平有差异,夏秋季高于冬春季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:房山地区儿童维生素D营养状况较差,尤其是女孩、城区儿童及学龄期儿童,冬春季维生素D水平明显低于夏秋季。 Objective:To analyze the vitamin D nutritional status of children in Fangshan district.Methods:A total of 2210 children were recruited from Fangshan District Liangxiang Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.Serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and the effects of different age groups,genders,living environment and season on children's vitamin D levels were analyzed.Results:Among all the research subjects,the vitamin D deficiency rate was 10.2%,and the vitamin D insufficiency rate was 33.8%;the vitamin D level of girls was lower than that of boys,and the incidence of vitamin D deficiency was also higher than that of boys,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of vitamin D deficiency in urban children was higher than that in rural children,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);With the increase of age,the level of 25-(OH)D in children gradually decreased,and the incidence of vitamin D deficiency in school-age children was higher than that in preschoolaged and infants,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);25-(OH)D levels were different seasons,they were higher in summer and autumn than in winter and spring,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vitamin D nutritional status of children in Fangshan district is poor,especially in girls,urban children and school-age children,and the vitamin D level in winter and spring is significantly lower than that in summer and autumn.
