摘要
心肌缺血属心血管系统常见并发症,发病迅速,具有高发病率、高死亡率特点,目前西医治疗以药物及介入为主,但存在一些不易克服的不良反应。在中医理论指导下,中药凭借整体观念、辨证论治、扶正祛邪及调和阴阳优势,防治心肌缺血疗效显著,其作用机制与调控Notch信号通路的相关蛋白、促进血管新生及抗炎、抑制氧化应激等有关。本文通过对近年来相关文献进行系统整理,以期为中医药防治心肌缺血提供参考。
Myocardial ischemia(MI)is a common complication of the cardiovascular system,with rapid onset,high morbidity and high mortality.Currently,Western medicine treatment is mainly based on drugs and intervention,while there are some adverse reactions that are not easy to overcome.Under the guidance of TCM theory,Chinese materia medica has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of MI by virtue of its advantages of holistic concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment,supporting vital qi and removing pathogenes and harmonizing yin and yang.Its mechanism is related to regulating the related proteins of Notch signaling pathway,promoting angiogenesis and anti-inflammatory,inhibiting oxidative stress,etc.This article systematically organized the related literature in recent years,hoping to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of MI with TCM.
