摘要
近年来,中保研启动了乘用车正面25%小偏置碰工况测试,引起了广泛的社会关注。文章简单介绍了该工况的来源、碰撞速度、壁障形式及考核指标等基本背景,并基于该工况,详细分析了对传统车身结构的影响与挑战,提出了针对该工况的车身结构传力路径规划方案。最终,从车身前舱、乘员舱和上车体3个方面分别提出了优化设计策略与结构设计方案。
Shallow(Small)Offset Front Impact(SOF)test for passenger's cars has been con-ducted by C-IASI in recent years and has caught a lot of public attention.This paper briefly introduces the source,collision speed,barrier form,assessment index and other basic background of this working condition.Based on this working condition,the influence and challenge to the traditional body structure are analyzed in detail,and a force transmission path planning scheme for the body structure is proposed.Furthermore,the optimization design strategy and structural design scheme are proposed from three aspects:the front compartment,the passenger compartment and the upper body.
