摘要
由于汽车正面小偏置碰撞交通事故中乘客座位人员伤亡依然严重,美国高速公路安全保险协会(Insurance Institute for Highway Safety,IIHS)于2016年修订了小偏置试验规程,增加了乘员侧(右侧)碰撞试验内容。对IIHS左侧和右侧正面小偏置碰撞试验及评价方法进行研究,选取IIHS左侧和右侧小偏置碰撞试验车型,分别从车体结构、假人伤害、约束系统与假人运动三个方面进行结果对比分析,并初步探讨应对左侧和右侧正面小偏置碰撞的措施。研究表明,约束系统在车辆碰撞过程中对保护假人及降低假人伤害方面起到了重要作用,加强车辆结构的完整性可进一步降低驾乘人员的受伤风险。
Due to the serious injuries to passengers in small overlap crashes,Insurance Institute for Highway Safety(IIHS),revised the small overlap frontal crashworthiness evaluation crash test protocol,by adding a passenger-side(right-side)rating.This paper analyzes the left-side and right-side crash tests and the evaluation method of small overlap crash test,based on three categories,i.e.,the vehicle structural performance,the dummy injury measures and the constraints and dummy kinematics.Some strategies for structure crashworthiness and constraints are summarized to provide a reference for new car safety study.The paper shows that the constraint systemplays a key role in protecting the dummy and reducing the dummy injury.The risk of injury to drivers and passengers can be reduced by enhancing the structural integrity of the vehicle.
