摘要
跨界地区的空间协同治理常因各种阻碍而难以解决空间治理的“碎片化”问题,省际毗邻地区的空间协同治理涉及更多层级的治理主体,因此具有更大难度。文章基于府际博弈视角,从博弈主体、博弈平台和执行机制三个方面分析阻碍省际毗邻地区空间协同治理的主要原因,并以长三角绿色生态一体化示范区的空间协同治理为例,解析其协同治理策略及发挥作用的内在原理,以期为区域治理研究提供一定参考。
Cross-boundary regional governance is difficult to erase fragmentation problems due to multiple administrations,and cross-province spatial governance is even more difficult.From the perspective of inter-governmental gaming,the paper studies the impediments of cross-province regional governance in three aspects:gaming subjects,gaming platform,and executive mechanism,analyzes the functioning of coordinated governance strategies in the Yangtze River Delta ecological green development pilot area,and provides a reference for regional governance research.
