摘要
本研究明确提出“智慧医疗”“智慧服务”“智慧管理”三位一体的顶层设计思路,借助数据分析、物联网、数据集成等新型信息技术对上海市同济医院全科病房进行改造,运用数字孪生技术贯穿病区策划、实施、运维的全生命周期,借助场景中台实现多系统集成,构建涵盖智慧病房服务系统、智慧医疗护理系统和智慧运行管理系统的智慧病房管理系统。以多部门统筹规划及联动管理实现病区从传统医疗模式向智慧医疗模式的转变。最终为患者提供更满意的就医环境及就医体验,提升医护及管理者的工作效率,从而实现病区安全、高效的精细化管理。
In this study,the top-level design idea of"intelligent healthcare""intelligent service"and"intelligent management"is clearly proposed.The general ward of Shanghai Tongji Hospital is transformed with the help of new information technologies such as data analysis,Internet of things and data integration.The digital twin technology runs through the whole life cycle including ward planning,implementation and operation and maintenance,the scene console is used to realize multi-system integration.The intelligent ward management system covering intelligent ward service system,intelligent medical care system and intelligent operation management system is built.The transformation of ward from traditional medical mode to intelligent medical mode is realized by multi-department overall planning and linkage management.Finally,patients are provided with a more satisfactory medical environment and medical experience,and the work efficiency of doctors and managers is improved,so as to realize the safe and efficient fine management of the ward.
