平泉小寺沟钼矿选矿试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Research on Beneficiation in Pingquan Xiaosigou Molybdenum Mine

摘要 针对以前工业生产未对铜进行针对性捕收,铜和部分铜钼连生体未得到有效回收的问题,对钼优先浮选工艺进行了优化试验,确定铜钼混合浮选—铜钼分离—综合回收铜的选矿工艺,并应用高效铜捕收剂B-1、高效泥质脉石抑制剂CD-2,在原矿Mo品位为0.086%、Cu品位为0.100%的条件下,通过全流程闭路试验研究,获得了Mo品位为50.95%、Cu品位为0.24%、Mo回收率为85.18%的钼精矿,Cu品位为23.31%, Cu回收率为70.16%的铜精矿,为钼矿选矿设计及现场改造提供了数据支撑。 In view of the problems that copper and some copper-molybdenum conjoined bodies were not effectively recovered in previous industrial production without targeted collection of copper, optimization tests were carried out on the molybdenum preferential flotation process. And the beneficiation process of copper-molybdenum mixed flotation, copper-molybdenum separation, and comprehensive recovery of copper was determined. High-efficiency copper collector B-1 and high-efficiency argillaceous gangue inhibitor CD-2 were applied. Under the conditions that the Mo grade of raw ore was 0.086% and the Cu grade was 0.100%, the whole process closed-circuit test was carried out. Finally, a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 50.95%, Cu grade of 0.24% and Mo recovery rate of 85.18%, as well as a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 23.31% and Cu recovery rate of 70.16% were obtained. The study can provide a data support for the beneficiation design and field transformation of molybdenum ore.
