摘要
针对某钼铅硫化矿石的性质特点,进行了系统选冶试验研究,采用"钼铅混合浮选-粗精矿再磨-钼铅分离"工艺,可得到品位52.32%、回收率88.74%的钼精矿。在此基础上,采用深度精选和化学浸出降杂工艺,成功制备出品位为57.69%、回收率为58.63%的高品质钼精矿,解决了钼铅分离和钼精矿降杂技术难题。
According to the characteristics of a molybdenum-lead sulfide ore, a systematic beneficiation-metallurgy experimental study was carried out. By adopting a flowsheet consisting of molybdenum-lead bulk flotation, regrinding of rough concentrate and molybdenum-lead separation, molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade and recovery of 52.32% and 88.74% , respectively, can be prepared. After a further intensive beneficiation and chemical leaching to remove impurities, high quality molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade and recovery of 57.69% and 58.63%, respectively, was successfully prepared. Therewith technical puzzles of molybdenum-lead separation and impurity reduction for molybdenum concentrate can be solved.
