硒肥施用方式对再生稻产量和外观品质及硒含量的影响 被引量:5

Effects of different selenium application methods on yield,appearance quality and selenium content of ratooning rice

摘要 以“丰两优香1号”水稻为研究对象进行再生稻全生育期的盆栽试验,探讨了土施和叶面喷施2种硒肥施用方式对再生稻两季水稻产量、外观品质和硒含量的影响。结果表明,硒肥的施用对再生稻头季和再生季水稻的产量性状和各项外观品质指标均无显著影响(P>0.05);头季水稻的各项产量性状均极显著高于再生季水稻(P<0.01),而再生季水稻的各项外观品质指标则均优于头季水稻;头季喷硒量达0.1mg/kg或土施硒量为0.2mg/kg均能显著提高头季水稻茎叶和精米硒含量,而再生季施用硒肥(喷施或土施)能显著提高再生季水稻茎叶和精米硒含量;在基施硒肥基础上,2种硒肥的施用方式对头季和再生季水稻精米硒含量无显著影响;同季(头季或再生季)水稻中,精米硒含量与茎叶硒含量均呈极显著的正相关关系;相对于其他处理,头季喷施+再生季喷施处理是最佳处理组合,该处理能同时显著提高头季和再生季水稻精米硒含量(分别为0.33mg/kg和0.50mg/kg),两季水稻精米的硒含量较高且均符合富硒大米标准(0.2~0.5mg/kg)。 A pot experiment on rice cultivar“Fengliangyouxiang 1”during the whole growth period of ratooning rice was conducted to investigate the effects of two methods of selenium fertilization,i.e.soil application and foliar spraying,on yield,appearance quality and selenium content of ratooning rice in two seasons.The results show that the selenium fertilization has no significant effect on the yield traits and various appearance quality indexes of ratooning rice in its first and regeneration seasons(P>0.05).The yield traits of ratooning rice in the first season are significantly greater than those in the regeneration season(P<0.01),while the indexes of appearance quality in the regeneration season are better than those in the first season.The selenium content in stems,leaves and milled rice of ratooning rice in the first season can be significantly increased by foliar spraying with 0.1mg/kg selenium or soil application with 0.2mg/kgselenium in the first season,while the selenium content in stems,leaves and milled rice in the regeneration season can be significantly increased by applying selenium fertilizer(spraying or soil application).On the basis of basic application of selenium fertilizer,the two application methods of selenium fertilizer have no significant effect on the selenium content of milled rice in the first and regeneration seasons.The selenium content of milled rice is positively correlated with the selenium content of stems and leaves in the first season and the regeneration season of ratooning rice.Compared with other treatments,TP+ZP(spraying selenium in the first season combining with spraying selenium in the regeneration season)is the optimum combination to significantly increase the selenium content of milled rice up to 0.33mg/kg and 0.50mg/kg in the first season and the regeneration season,respectively.The selenium content of milled rice in the two seasons is high and both have met the standard of selenium-enriched rice(0.2~0.5mg/kg).
