摘要
[目的]研究喷施硒肥对产量及硒含量的影响。[方法]以新丰2号水稻为材料,通过布设大田试验,研究喷施硒肥对水稻农艺性状、产量及硒含量的影响。[结果]3个处理的株高依次为WT(103.3 cm)、OT(97.6 cm)、CK(91.3 cm),与CK相比,OT、WT处理的株高分别增加了6.3、12.0 cm,增幅分别为6.9%、13.1%。CK、OT、WT处理的千粒重分别为27.3、28.3、29.5 g,与CK相比,OT、WT处理千粒重分别增加了1.0、2.2 g,其增幅分别为3.7%、8.1%。喷施硒肥对CK、OT、WT处理的穗长没有显著影响。喷施硒肥能显著增加水稻的产量(P<0.05)。与CK相比,OT、WT处理的小区产量增幅分别为8.3%、16.7%。喷施硒肥对水稻籽粒中硒含量具有显著影响(P<0.05),CK、OT、WT处理的水稻籽粒中硒含量为0.04、0.12、0.18 mg/kg,与CK相比,OT、WT处理的水稻籽粒中硒含量分别增加了0.08、0.14 mg/kg,增幅分别为200%、350%。[结论]在二次枝梗原基分化期和齐穗期后6 d,喷施硒肥对于水稻产量提升及硒含量的增加作用显著。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of spraying selenium tertilizer on rice yield and selenium content. [ Method ] Effects of spraying sele- nium tertilizer on agrenomic charactels, yield and selenium content of rice were studied by using field experiment in Xin-Feng No. 2nd rice as material. [Result]The plant heights of the three treatments were as tollows:WT ( 103.3 cm), OT (97.6 cm), CK (91.3 cm).Compared with CK, the plant height of OT and WT increased by 6.3 and 12.0 cm respectively, and the increasing rates were 6.9% and 13.1% respectively. The thousand-grain weights of CK, OT, WT treatment were 27.3, 28.3, 29.5 g, compared with CK, thousand-grain weights of OT, WT pro- cessing increased by 1.0, 2.2 g, the increasing rates were 3.7%, 8. 1 % , respectively. The spike length of CK, OT and WT treated by spraying selenium tertilizer had no significant effect. Spraying selenium tertilizer can significantly increase rice yield (P〈0.05). Compared with CK, the yield grewth of OT and WT increased by 8.3% and 16.7% respectively. Spraying selenium tertilizer had a significant effect on the content of se- lenium in rice grains (P〈0.05). The contents of selenium in rice grains treated by CK, OT and WT were 0.04, 0.12 and 0.18 mg/kg, corn- paled with CK, the selenium content of OT and WT increased by 0.08, 0.14 mg/kg, and the increasing rates were 200% and 350% respec- tively. [ Conclusion ] The effects of spraying selenium tertilizer on the yield of rice and the increase of selenium content were significant at the primary diflerentiation stage of secondary branch stern and 6 days after panicle formation.
