摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了0.13C-5Mn冷轧中锰钢经逆相变退火处理后的组织和力学性能,分析讨论了保温时间、加工硬化率以及相变诱导塑性效应(TRIP)对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:0.13C-5Mn冷轧中锰钢经过淬火及逆相变退火后组织主要为超细晶铁素体、马氏体以及奥氏体。随着保温时间的增加,实验钢组织中奥氏体含量先增加后减少,在保温30 min时达到最大值,为24.24%。随着保温时间的增加,0.13C-5Mn冷轧中锰钢的综合力学性能先升高后降低,经930℃淬火20 min并在665℃保温30 min后,实验钢的综合力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度为980 MPa,伸长率为23.7%,强塑积为23.2 GPa·%。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of 0.13 C-5 Mn cold rolled medium manganese steel after reverse phase transformation annealing were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The effects of holding time, work hardening rate and transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) effect on its microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the microstructure of the 0.13 C-5 Mn cold rolled medium manganese steel after quenching and reverse phase transformation annealing is mainly ultra-fine ferrite, martensite and austenite. With the increase of holding time, the austenite content in the microstructure of the experimental steel increases first and then decreases, and reaches the maximum value of 24.24% when holding for 30 min. With the increase of holding time, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the 0.13 C-5 Mn cold rolled medium manganese steel first increase and then decrease, after quenching at 930 ℃ for 20 min and annealing at 665 ℃ for 30 min, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the experimental steel are the best, with tensile strength of 980 MPa, elongation of 23.7% and product of strength and plasticity of 23.2 GPa·%.
