摘要
采用落锤撕裂实验研究了X80管线钢断裂行为与多相组织之间的关系。结果表明:X80管线钢的微观组织包括针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体、多边形铁素体、准多边形铁素体和马氏体-奥氏体岛,其中针状铁素体、多边形铁素体、准多边形铁素体和马氏体-奥氏体岛对管线钢低温断裂行为影响较大。低温撕裂断口主要包括裂纹起裂解理面、韧性断裂面、逆向解理面三大部分,随着微观组织中针状铁素体的增加和多边形铁素体、准多边形铁素体、马氏体-奥氏体岛的减少,断口中韧性断裂面积增加以及起裂解理面积、逆向解理面积减少。
The relationship between fracture behavior and multiphase structure of X80 pipeline steel was investigated by Drop-Weight Tear Test(DWTT).The results show that the microstructure of X80 pipeline steel includes acicular ferrite,granular bainite,polygonal ferrite,quasi polygonal ferrite and martensite-austenite island.Among them,acicular ferrite,polygonal ferrite,quasi polygonal ferrite and martensite-austenite island have great influences on the fracture behavior of pipeline steel at low temperature.DWTT fracture mainly includes three parts:initial cleavage fracture area,ductile fracture area and inverse cleavage fracture area.With the increase of acicular ferrite and the decrease of polygon ferrite,quasi polygon ferrite and martensite-austenite island in microstructure,the ductile fracture area in the fracture increases,the initial cleavage area and reverse cleavage area decreases.
