摘要
近年来,我国饲料产业集中度和市场竞争力显著提升,饲料企业沿着主营业务产业链进行多元化布局,同时以互联网为依托的新零售业也在快速推进,在此背景下,饲料企业如何优化营销策略,实现有效的效益提升是饲料企业需要思考的问题。据此,以饲料企业生产模式、产业链特征、营销策略现况与存在的问题为主线,研究分析了我国饲料企业的营销策略和提升营销效益的一般途径。
In recent years,the concentration and market competitiveness of the feed industry have significantly increased.Feed enterprises have diversified their layout along the main business industry chain.At the same time,the new retail format based on the Internet is rapidly advancing.Under this background,how to optimize the marketing strategy of feed enterprises to achieve effective benefit improvement is a problem that feed enterprises need to think about.Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the general ways for feed enterprises to optimize marketing strategies and improve marketing benefits based on based on the production mode and industrial chain characteristics of the feed industry,the current situation of the marketing strategy and the existing problems.
