摘要
该文主要分析医院感染造成的影响,包括可计算经济损失和不可计算经济损失。并通过医院感染与平均住院日之间的关系,与病床使用率之间的关系,全面分析控制医院感染带来的经济效益。提出控制医院感染的一些具体措施,包括提高医护人员的专业知识和综合素养、加大对医护人员手部卫生的管理力度、提高抗菌药物使用的合理性、全面落实消毒管理工作等,构建完善的医院感染控制管理体系。从而进一步优化医院感染的控制管理水平,提高医疗工作的安全系数,推动医院的高质量发展。
This paper mainly analyzes the impact of nosocomial infection,including calculable economic losses and non-calculable economic losses.And through the relationship between nosocomial infection and the average hospital stay,and the relationship between the utilization rate of hospital beds,a comprehensive analysis of the economic benefits of nosocomial infection control.Some specific measures to control nosocomial infection are proposed,including improving the professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of medical staff,strengthening the management of medical staff's hand hygiene,improving the rationality of the use of antibiotics,and comprehensively implementing disinfection management.Hospital infection control management system.In order to further optimize the control and management level of nosocomial infection,improve the safety factor of medical work,and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
