贝莱斯芽孢杆菌发酵蚯蚓浆对猪抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of earthworm pulp fermented by Bacillus velezensis on antioxidant function and immune function in pigs

摘要 为探究贝莱斯芽孢杆菌发酵蚯蚓浆对猪生长性能、抗氧化功能及免疫功能的影响,将20头体质量相近的健康育肥猪随机分为4组,每组5头,试验期30 d,空白组K饲喂基础日粮,试验组YD、YZ、YG在基础日粮中分别添加1%、3%、5%的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌发酵蚯蚓浆,对肥育猪进行生产性能、抗氧化指标、血常规及免疫指标检测。结果表明,发酵产物对猪试验前后的生产性能和血常规指标无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,第30天YD组、YZ组、YG组猪血清丙二醛(MDA)水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)水平均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),YZ组、YG组猪血清IgA和IgG水平均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结果提示,在育肥猪日粮中添加贝莱斯芽孢杆菌发酵蚯蚓浆可以显著提高试验猪抗氧化功能和免疫功能。 To investigate the effects of earthworm pulp fermented by Bacillus velezensis on growth performance,antioxidant indices and immune indices of pigs,20 healthy finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 pigs in each group.The experiment lasted for 30 days.In YD,YZ and YG groups,1%,3% and 5% of earthworm pulp fermented by Bacillus velezensis were added into the basal diet,respectively,and the performance,antioxidant capacity,blood routine and immune function of finishing pigs were detected.The results showed as follows:Fermentation products had no significant effects on performance and blood routine before and after the experiment(P>0.05);compared with control group,MDA content of YD,YZ and YG in experimental groups was significantly decreased on 30 th day(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while GSH-Px,CAT and T-AOC contents were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),IgA and IgG in YZ and YG groups were significantly increased on 30 th day(P<0.05 or P<0.01).It is concluded that adding Bacillus velezensis earthworm pulp into the diet of finishing pigs can significantly improve the antioxidant function and immune function.
