摘要
为明确枯草芽孢杆菌SW01的最佳培养基配方,采用响应面法对SW01培养基进行优化,以提高发酵产物。确定了SW01的最佳培养基配方为:玉米粉2%,葡萄糖为0.6%,豆饼粉为3%,K_(2)HPO_(4)0.2%,MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O0.2%,MnSO_(4)0.02%,CaCO_(3)0.1%。最大芽孢数为6.09×10^(9) cfu/mL。对枯草芽孢杆菌SW01培养基配方优化后,产芽孢数明显提高,为生防菌剂的高效生产和广谱应用于黑龙江土壤提供了理论依据。
In order to clarify the best medium formula for Bacillus Subtilis SW01,the response surface methodology is used to optimize the SW01 medium formula to improve the fermentation product.It is determined that the best medium formula for SW01 medium is:corn flour 2%,glucose 0.6%,soybean meal powder 3%,K_(2)HPO_(4)0.2%,MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 0.2%,MnSO_(4)0.02%and CaCO_(3)0.1%.The number of largest spores is 6.09×10^(9) cfu/mL.After the optimization of the Bacillus Subtilis SW01 medium formula,the number of spores increases significantly,to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient production of biocontrol agents and the broad-spectrum application in the soil of Heilongjiang Province.
