Recent Progress on Smart Fiber and Textile Based Wearable Strain Sensors:Materials,Fabrications and Applications 被引量:27

摘要 With the rapid development of smart products,fexible and stretchable smart wearable electronic devices gradually play an important role,and they are considered as the pioneers of the new generation of fexible electronic devices.Among these intelligent devices,fexible and stretchable strain sensors have been widely studied for their good fexibility,high sensitivity,high repeatability and huge potential for application in personal healthcare and motion detection.Moreover,unlike traditional rigid bulky sensors,the high-performance fexible strain sensors are lightweight portable devices with excellent mechanical and electrical performance,which can meet personalized needs and become more popular.Herein,the research progress of fexible strain sensors in recent years are reviewed,which mainly introducing the sensing principles and key parameters of strain sensors,commonly used conductive materials and fexible substrates and common preparation methods,and fnally proposes the future application and prospects of strain sensors.

作者简介 Xuhua Liu,contributed equally to this work,is currently a M.S.candidate at School of Textile Engineering,Qingdao University.She received the B.E.degree in textile engineering from Qingdao University,China,in 2019.Her research is in the development of multi-functional smart textiles;Jinlei Miao,contributed equally to this work,is currently an Assistant Professor at the Research Center for Intelligent and Wearable Technology,College of Textiles and Clothing,Qingdao University,China.He received his Ph.D.degree in mechanical engineering from Tianjin municipal key laboratory of advanced fber and energy storage lab of Tianjin polytechnic university in 2018.His research interests include the fabrication of wearable electronics,jinlei.miao@qdu.edu.cn;Qiang Fan is currently a M.S.candidate at School of Textile Engineering,Qingdao University.He received the B.E.degree in textile engineering from Qingdao University,China,in 2019.His research is in the development of soft sensors and soft actuators;Wenxiao Zhang is currently a M.S.candidate at School of Textile Engineering,Qingdao University.She received the B.E.degree in Fashion design and engineering from Dezhou University,China,in 2020.Her research is in the development of multi-functional smart textiles;Xingwei Zuo is currently a M.S.candidate at School of Textile Engineering,Qingdao University.She received the B.E.degree in textile engineering from Dalian Polytechnic University,China,in 2020.Her research is in the development of smart textile;Mingwei Tian is the Professor and the vice dean of College of Textiles and Clothing at Qingdao University.He obtained his PhD from Donghua University in 2012,and worked as the visiting scholar at University of California,Davis(2010-2011).His main research interest includes new fbrous materials and smart textiles,wearable devices;Shifeng Zhu is currently an Associate Professor in the Textile Engineering at the Qingdao University.She received the B.E.degree(2002),the M.S.degree(2005)in Textile Engineering from Qingdao University,China,and the Ph.D.degree in Textile Engineering from Donghua University,China,in 2013.She is the Member of the Wool Textile Professional Committee of China Textile Engineering Society.Her research is in the development of irradiation processing modifcation of fber materials,the application of functional textile materials;Xueji Zhang is the Vice President of Shenzhen University.He obtained his PhD from Wuhan University in 1994.He was a postdoc fellow at the National Institute of Chemistry,Slovenia,Swiss Federal Institute of Technology(ETH),Zurich,and New Mexico State University from 1995 to 1999.He has worked at World Precision Instruments Inc.as a Sr.scientist,head of the chemistry department,and Sr.vice president of science since 1998.His research centers on electrochemistry,bioanalysis,micro/nanosensors,and biomedical instrumentation;Lijun Qu is currently a Professor in the Textile Engineering at the Qingdao University.She received her B.E.degree(1985),M.S.degree(1991),and Ph.D.(2005)in Textile Engineering/Materials from Donghua University,China.and the Ph.D.de gree in Textile Materials from Donghua University,China,in 2005.She was a Visiting Scholar at the ATO-DLO Research Institute in the Netherlands from 1996 to 1997.She is the Member of a council of China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry.Her research is in application research of graphene in textile feld.,lijunqu@qdu.edu.cn。
