摘要
目的:观察毫火针闪罐联合穴位埋线治疗寻常型痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法:60例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组选取大椎、曲池、丰隆、阴陵泉、足三里,并给予毫火针闪罐联合常规埋线治疗;对照组给予常规埋线治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后患者中医证候评分、皮损积分情况及特异性生活质量量表评分。结果:治疗组有效率为96.6%,对照组有效率为76.6%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分、皮损积分均低于本组治疗前,治疗组均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者痤疮特异性生活质量量表评分均高于本组治疗前,治疗组高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.298,P>0.05)。结论:毫火针闪罐联合中医穴位埋线治疗寻常型痤疮疗效显著,能显著降低中医证候评分、皮损评分,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of filiform fire needle and quick cupping combined with TCM acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of acne vulgaris patients.Methods:60 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was selected from Dazhui,Quchi,Fenglong,Yinlingquan,and Zusanli,and received filiform needle quick cupping combined with routine catgut embedding.And the control group was treated with routine catgut embedding.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared,and the scores of TCM syndromes,skin lesions,and specific quality of life scales were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.6%,and the effective rate of the control group was 76.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and skin lesions in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group,and the treatment group was lower than the control group at the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the acne-specific quality of life scale scores of the two groups was higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group at the same period,with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.298,P>0.05).Conclusion:The filiform fire needle and quick cupping combined with TCM acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of acne vulgaris has a significant effect,can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and skin lesion score,and improve the quality of life of patients.
