摘要
针对安置小区工程存在的工程规模大、建设工期紧、质量要求高、利润空间小等问题,引入某安置小区建设项目实例进行工程量、施工内容、工期成本及建设要求的全面分析,采用PDCA循环方法进行项目施工质量管理,健全质量保证体系,并设立样板工程,配合成本动态管控方案与施工进度计划的实施。实践结果表明,上述工程质量、进度与成本管理方法取得了良好的实效性。
Aiming at the problems of large scale,tight construction period,high quality requirements and small profit margin in resettlement community,this paper introduces a resettlement community construction project example to comprehensively analyze the quantity,construction content,construction period cost and construction requirements,adopts PDCA cycle method for project construction quality management,improves the quality assurance system and sets up a model project,and cooperates with the implementation of cost dynamic control scheme and construction schedule plan.The practice results show that the above-mentioned project quality,schedule and cost management methods are effective and can be similar.
