摘要
目的:探讨对甲状腺手术患者实施个性化护理的效果。方法:选取105例行甲状腺手术治疗的患者,随机分成实验组(53例)与对照组(52例)。对照组采取常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上实施个性化护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果:入院时两组患者SAS评分与SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),手术日两组患者评分均较入院时提高,出院时评分较手术日与入院时降低,在手术日评分提高幅度上对照组较实验组显著,出院时评分降低幅度上实验组较对照组显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较之对照组,实验组SF-36各条目评分均显著提升(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组睡眠优质率有效提升(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺手术患者实施个性化护理可显著缓解患者负性情绪,提升患者术后生活质量、睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of personalized nursing on patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:105 cases of thyroid carcinoma were selected The patients with surgical treatment were randomly divided into 53 cases in the experimental group and 52 cases in the control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).The scores of the two groups on the operation day were higher than those at admission,and the scores at discharge were lower than those on the operation day and admission.The improvement range of the scores on the operation day in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,and the decrease range of the scores at discharge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of SF-36in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sleep quality rate of the experimental group was effectively improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing for patients undergoing thyroid surgery can significantly alleviate their negative emotions and improve their postoperative quality of life and sleep,which is worthy of promotion.
