摘要
2020年初世界卫生环境突变对我国乃至全球经济社会发展带来了重大的冲击。一方面,高校应届毕业生数量不断创新高,2021年全国应届毕业生总数达到909万,就业需求持续增大。另一方面,国际卫生环境突变带来持续性的影响,就业市场的稳定性受到冲击。双重因素叠加导致高校应届毕业生特别是高职院校毕业生就业形势不容乐观。在阐述就业形势的基础上,分析了存在的问题,并提出了引导及处理的应对策略。
Public health environmental change in early 2020 had a certain impact on China and the global economy and society.The number of college graduates in 2021 will reach 9.09 million,facing great employment pressure.Due to the impact of the epidemic,the stability of the job market has been shaken.This paper analyzes the current employment situation,points out the existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures.
