摘要
目的探讨热敏灸疗法在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年7月赣州市人民医院收治的50例重症急性胰腺炎者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组患者采用热敏灸疗法治疗,对照组患者采用常规对症治疗。比较两组患者的胃肠道不耐受症状发生率、肠内营养达标时间、ICU住院时间等指标。结果观察组患者的胃肠道不耐受症状总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肠内营养达标时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症急性胰腺炎患者,采用热敏灸疗法治疗的效果较好,能降低肠内营养不耐受症状发生率,缩短患者的住院时间,恢复患者的肠内营养功能,方案值得推荐。
Objective To explore the application effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in Ganzhou People′s Hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by computer-generated random distribution sequence,with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion,and the patients in the control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment.The incidence of gastrointestinal intolerance,the time of reaching the standard of enteral nutrition and the length of stay in ICU were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of gastrointestinal intolerance in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of reaching the standard of enteral nutrition and the length of stay in ICU in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis,the therapeutic effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy is better,which can reduce the incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance,shorten the length of hospital stay,and restore the enteral nutritional function of patients.The scheme is worth recommending.
