摘要
介绍了一种基于RS-485总线的冗余热备份通信系统,提出了具体的硬件、软件设计方案。该系统在单份故障状态下不需人为干预即可依靠正常工作的模块维持正常工作状态。同时,重点讨论了总线控制器和远程终端之间的遥控遥测消息通信策略,并通过仿真证明了方案的正确性。该冗余热备份技术方案具备自主的实时恢复能力,可有效地提高星载航天产品通信功能可靠性,降低单点故障率,可为后续型号产品的研制提供参考。
A redundant hot standby communication system based on RS-485 bus is introduced,and specific hardware and software design scheme is proposed.The system can rely on the normal working module to maintain the normal working state without human intervention in the single-point fault state.At the same time,the telecontrol and telemetry information communication strategy between the bus controller and the remote terminal is discussed,and the correctness of the scheme is proved by simulation.The redundant hot standby method has independent real-time recovery capability,which can effectively improve the reliability of the communication function of spaceborne aerospace products,reduce the single-point failure rate,and provide a reference for the future missions.
