摘要
目的:分析超声应用于妇科急腹症中的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月-2020年12月邹平市精神卫生中心妇产科急诊收治的妇科急腹症患者100例的临床资料,患者均给予超声检查子宫、双附件以及盆腔情况,将患者的超声诊断结果以及病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:将患者的超声诊断结果与病理情况进行比较,符合率为94%,提示超声诊断的临床应用价值较高。结论:超声诊断对妇科急腹症有较高的诊断价值,临床可加强对超声诊断方法的应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen in Emergency Department of Department of Obstetricsand Gynecology,Zouping Mental Health Center from December 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Theultrasound diagnosis was used to detect the patient’s uterus,the double appendix and the pelvic cavity.Results from ultrasounddiagnosis and the clinical diagnosis were compared and analyzed.Results:Comparison of the patient’s ultrasound diagnosis withthe pathological condition showed that the coincidence rate was 94%,which indicated that ultrasound diagnosis has high clinicalapplication value.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen has a high diagnostic value,and the clinicalapplication of ultrasound diagnosis can be strengthened.
