摘要
教育是国家发展的重要保证,是民族振兴的奠基工程。深化教育领域综合改革,克服“五唯”顽瘴痼疾,切实扭转不科学、不合理、无根据的科研评价导向,是加强高校教师队伍建设的必要举措。系统梳理我国高校教师科研评价的历史发展脉络,对各阶段的政策依据、评价结构、现实问题等进行分析,探索建立科学合理、行之有效的评价体系。
Education is an important guarantee for national development and a foundation project for national rejuvenation.The necessary measures to strengthen the construction of college teacher team is as follows:deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education,overcoming the deep-rooted problems of paying too much attention to papers,various titles of talent,professional titles,educational background and awards,reversing effectively the unscientific,unreasonable and groundless evaluation of scientific research.This paper systematically reviews the historical development of scientific research evaluation of university teachers in China,analyzes the policy basis,evaluation structure and practical problems of each stage in order to explore the establishment of a scientific,reasonable and effective evaluation system.
