依达拉奉右莰醇对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、氧化应激及炎性因子的影响 被引量:59

Effects of edaravone dexborneol on neurological function,oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in patients with acute ischemic stroke

摘要 目的:探究依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对神经功能、氧化应激及炎性因子的影响.方法:选取2021年4月~9月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者92例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各46例,其中对照组给予依达拉奉注射液30mg+100mL生理盐水静脉滴注,2次/d;研究组患者给予依达拉奉右莰醇37.5mg+100mL生理盐水静脉滴注,2次/d,两组均治疗2周.比较两组患者治疗1周、2周的疗效、神经功能[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)]、氧化应激[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧簇(ROS)]及炎性因子[超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、五聚素3(PTX3)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)]水平及不良反应差异.结果:两组治疗1周的总有效率差异无统计学意义;研究组治疗2周的总有效率高于对照组;治疗1周及2周后,研究组IGF-1水平高于对照组,NSE、SOD、MDA、ROS、hs-CRP、PTX3及Lp-PLA2水平均低于对照组.治疗2周后,研究组NHISS及mRS评分均显著低于对照组,且研究组治疗期间不良反应总发生率低于对照组.结论:依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性脑梗死的疗效优于依达拉奉,其可进一步改善患者患者神经功能,降低患者氧化应激及炎性反应,且安全性高. Objective To explore the efGcacy of edaravone dexborneol in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on nerve function,oxidative stress and inflammatory factors.Methods Ninety-two patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given edaravone injection 30mg+100mL normal saline intravenous drip,2 times a day;patients in the study group were given edaravone dexborneol 37.5 mg+lOOmL normal saline intravenous drip,2 times a day,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.To compare the efficacy,neurological function[neuron-specific enolase(NSE),insulin—like growth factor-1(IGF-1)],oxidative stress[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),reactive oxygen species(ROS)]and inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),pentamer 3(PTX3),lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)]Difference in level of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate(71.74%vs 58.70%)of the two groups of treatment for 1 week was not statistically significant;the total effective rate of the study group for 2 weeks was higher than that of the control group(91.30%vs 73.91%),the difference was significant Statistically significant.After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the level of IGF-1 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of NSE,SOD,MDA,ROS,hs-CRP,PTX3 and Lp-PLA2 were lower than those in the control group.After another 2 weeks of treatment,the NHISS and mRS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period of the study group was lower than that of the control group(10.87%vsl9.57%).Conclusion The efficacy of edaravone dexborneol in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is better than that of edaravone.It can further improve the neurological function of patients,reduce the oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of patients,and has high safety.
