摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度进一步加深,老年教育成为提高老年人生命质量的有效途径。港澳地区老年教育经过起步期、规范发展期、政策研订期,形成了各具特色的运行模式,在体系建设、法规建设、招生教学、课程设置等方面积累了宝贵经验。据此,对我国内地老年教育的发展提出如下建议:加强顶层设计,完善政策法规体系;规范办学,提升教学质量;汇聚社会力量,促进跨界共融。
With the deepening of aging population in China,senior citizen education has become an effective way to improve the quality of the elderly life.Education for the elderly in Hong Kong and Macao has gone through the initial stage,standardized development stage and policy research and formulation stage,and has formed its own operation mode with its own characteristics.Valuable experience has been accumulated in system construction,legal construction,enrollment and teaching,and curriculum setting.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward for the development of senior education in China's Mainland:strengthening top-level design and improving the system of policies and regulations;standardizing school running and improving teaching quality;gathering social power to promote cross-boundary integration.
