摘要
目的观察承山穴刺络拔罐配合药物治疗早期嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法将60例早期嵌顿痔患者按就诊顺序采用查随机数字表法分为治疗组27例和对照组33例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用承山穴刺络拔罐治疗。观察两组治疗前后肛门疼痛评分及肛缘水肿评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后肛门疼痛评分及肛缘水肿评分均较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后肛门疼痛评分及肛缘水肿评分均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为85.2%,对照组为69.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论承山穴刺络拔罐配合药物治疗嵌顿痔疗效确切,能改善患者临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking cupping at Chengshan(BL57)plus medication in treating early-stage incarcerated hemorrhoids.Method Sixty patients with early-stage incarcerated hemorrhoids were randomly divided into a treatment group of 27 cases and a control group of 33 cases,by the random numbers according to their order of visit.The control group was offered treatment with conventional medication,based on which the treatment group received additional pricking cupping at Chengshan point.The anal pain score and anal verge swelling score were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the anal pain and anal verge swelling scores dropped significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05)and were lower than those in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 85.2%in the treatment group versus 69.7%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pricking cupping at Chengshan point plus medication is effective in treating incarcerated hemorrhoids;it can improve the patients’clinical symptoms.
