摘要
目的:本实验以篮球和有氧运动为干预手段,探究6周内这两种干预手段的短期干预效果,对比分析在实验结束8周后的长期干预效果。方法:将初筛后的24名在校大学生分配到篮球组(n=8)、有氧组(n=8)和对照组(n=8),通过手机成瘾指数量表(MPAI)、UCLA孤独量表(UCLA-LS)和缺陷感量表(FIS)收集被试的手机成瘾和心理健康两个方面的指标,并利用多因素广义估计方程(GEE)模型进行回归分析。结果:(1)短期干预效果方面,两种干预手段都能显著改善被试的手机成瘾症状和心理健康状况(p<0.01)。(2)长期干预效果方面,两种干预手段均表现出较强的持续性,但有氧运动在改善手机成瘾症状方面的干预效果高于篮球,而篮球在改善心理健康状况方面的干预效果要高于有氧运动。结论:体育运动能够有效改善大学生的手机成瘾症状和心理健康状况,组合不同运动特有的功能属性,能够提高干预效果的稳定性和持续性。
In this study, basketball and aerobic exercise were used to explore the short-term effects of these two interventions within 6 weeks and the long-term effects after 8 weeks.Methods: 24 college students were divided into basketball group(n=8), aerobic group(n=8)and control group(n=8), the mobile phone addiction index(MPAI), UCLA loneliness scale(UCLA-LS)and the feelings of inadequacy scale(FIS)were used to collect the data of mobile phone addiction and mental health, the multi-factor generalized estimation equation(GEE)model was used for regression analysis.Results:(a)In short-term intervention, both of the two intervention methods can significantly improve the subjects’ mobile phone addiction symptoms and mental health(p < 0.01).(b)In terms of long-term intervention effect, both of the two intervention methods showed strong persistence, but the intervention effect of aerobic exercise in improving the symptoms of cell phone addiction was higher than that of basketball, the effect of basketball intervention in improving mental health was higher than that of aerobic exercise.Conclusion: Sports can effectively improve the mobile phone addiction and mental health of college students, and the combination of different sports can improve the stability and sustainability of the intervention effect.
