摘要
阐述了EPC总承包单位在设计管理、施工管理、采购管理、调试及培训管理、风险管理中发挥的作用,以及建设单位在项目管理中的侧重点;分析了医院建设项目采用EPC建设模式的基本环境条件和存在的风险,并探索了项目管理中双方利益平衡的解决办法。
It expounds the role of EPC general contractors in design management, construction management, procurement management, commissioning and training management, and risk management, as well as the focus of construction units in project management;analyzes the basic environmental conditions and existing risks of using EPC construction mode for hospital projects;explores solutions to balance the interests of both parties in design management.
