摘要智慧诉讼服务是科技与法律融合的产物,是智慧法院建设的重要内容,为人民司法传统的升华和诉讼服务水平的提升带来了机遇。近年来,随着智慧诉讼服务理念的确立、智慧诉讼服务顶层设计的完善和智慧诉讼服务中心建设的推进,中国法院在电子诉讼、电子送达、跨域立案、多元解纷、优化营商环境等方面取得了积极成效。然而,在全国范围内,诉讼服务仍存在数据壁垒难以突破、功能发挥不完全、应用不深入、发展不均衡等问题。未来,要继续完善智慧诉讼服务的顶层设计,聚焦一站式多元解纷和一站式诉讼服务,加强诉讼服务平台管理,发挥诉讼服务平台功能,推进诉讼服务平台应用,实现智能技术与诉讼服务业务的融合,在尊重各地不同需求的前提下推动智慧诉讼服务的均衡发展。 Intelligent litigation service is the product of the integration of technology and law,and it is an important part of the construction of intelligent courts,which brings opportunities to the sublimation of people's judicial tradition and the improvement of litigation service.In recent years,with the establishment of the concept of intelligent litigation service,the improvement of the top-level design of intelligent litigation service and the promotion of the construction of intelligent litigation service centers,Chinese courts have achieved positive results in electronic litigation,electronic service,cross-domain filing,diversified dispute resolution and optimization of business environment.However,there are still some problems in intelligent litigation service nationwide,such as difficulty in breaking through the data barrier,incomplete function,limited application and unbalanced development.In the future,we should continue to improve the top-level design of intelligent litigation service,focus on one-stop multidimensional dispute resolution and one-stop litigation service,strengthen the management of litigation service platform,give full play to the function of litigation service platform,promote the application of litigation service platform,realize the integration of intelligent technology and litigation service business,and promote the balanced development of intelligent litigation service on the premise of respecting different needs of different regions.
