摘要
目的:调查阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征轻中度患者对于接受口咽肌锻炼的接受程度,分析影响患者治疗的因素,指导临床治疗。方法:用自行设计的OMT治疗意愿调查表,对100例轻、中度OSAHS患者进行问卷调查,了解其是否愿意行OMT,行OMT的患者对OMT进行主观评价,对不愿意行OMT的患者进一步调查其不接受的原因。结果:100例调查患者中84例患者不愿意接受OMT锻炼,16例患者愿意接受OMT锻炼,不愿意接受OMT的主要原因是每天练习嫌麻烦。结论:OSAHS患者对OMT治疗方式认知程度较低,需进一步加大宣教,尽早治疗,延缓疾病发展。
Objective:To investigate the degree of acceptance of orofacial myofunctional therapy(OMT)in mild or moderate patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),and to analyze the factors affecting the treatment of patients,so as to guide the clinical treatment.Methods:A self-designed OMT treatment willingness questionnaire was used to investigate 100 patients with mild and moderate OSAHS to know whether they were willing to undergo OMT.Patients who were willing to undergo OMT were subjected to subjective evaluation of long-term OMT,and patients who were not willing to undergo OMT were further investigated for the reasons of their refusal.Results:Among the 100 investigated patients,84 patients were unwilling to accept OMT exercise,and 16 patients were willing to accept OMT exercise.The main reason why they were unwilling to accept OMT was that it was troublesome to practice every day.Conclusion:The patients with OSAHS have a low degree of cognition of OMT,such patients need to be further educated and encouraged to be treated as soon as possible,and delay disease progression.
