摘要
为更好地促进碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)的深入应用,在阐述CFRP材料基本概念及其性能特点的基础上,从电力工程土建结构加固、碳纤维加热电缆以及碳纤维复合芯导线等方面出发,总结介绍了CFRP材料在电力工程中的应用现状。基于CFRP复合材料在目前应用中存在的价格偏高、难以实现产业化应用等问题,从复合材料组分控制、耐冲击性优化、界面性能研究以及恶劣环境下的长期性能等角度,指出了CFRP材料未来的发展方向。该文总结的碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的应用现状与发展建议,有助于推动其在电力工程中的进一步深入研究。
In order to better promote the in-depth application of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites(CFRP),on the basis of expounding the basic concepts and performance characteristics of CFRP materials,this paper summarizes the application status of CFRP materials in power engineering from the aspects of civil structure reinforcement of power engineering,carbon fiber heating cable and carbon fiber composite core conductor.Based on the problems of high price and difficult to realize industrial application in the current application of CFRP composites,the future development direction of CFRP materials is pointed out from the perspectives of composite component control,impact resistance optimization,interface performance research and long-term performance in harsh environment.The application status and development suggestions of CFRP summarized in this paper will help to promote its further research in power engineering.
