摘要
近年来,超薄磨耗层沥青混合料在高等级公路预防性养护作业中应用广泛。本文选取7mm作为集料最大公称粒径,对UTAC-7、Novachip以及OGFC-7三种超薄磨耗层高粘沥青混合料进行研究,确定各混合料的级配与最佳沥青用量,并开展相关试验评价并对比三种类型沥青混合料的性能。结果表明:UTAC-7沥青混合料、Novachip-B、OGFC-7磨耗层混合料最佳油石比分别为5.8%、5.1%和4.7%;三种超薄磨耗层混合料高温稳定性能表现为Novachip-B>UTAC-7>OGFC-7;三种沥青混合料的路用性能均能满足规范要求,相比之下,Novachip-B的高温性能最好,UTAC-7的低温抗开裂能力较强,Novachip-B水稳定性较好,OGFC-7的构造深度最大,Novachip-B的摆值较高。
In recent years, ultra-thin abrasive asphalt mixture has been widely used in preventive maintenance of high-grade highway. In this paper, 7mm was selected as the maximum nominal particle size of aggregate, and three ultra-thin abrasive layer sticky asphalt mixtures, UTAC-7, Novachip and OGFC-7, were studied to determine the gradation and optimal asphalt dosage of each mixture, and relevant tests were carried out to evaluate and compare the performance of the three types of asphalt mixtures. The results show that: the best asphalt ratio of UTAC-7 asphalt mixture, Novachip-B and OGFC-7 wear layer mixture is 5.8%, 5.1% and 4.7%, respectively;The high temperature stability performance of the three ultra-thin wear layer mixtures is Novachip-B>UTAC-7>OGFC-7. The road performance of the three asphalt mixtures can meet the requirements of the specification. In comparison,Novachip-B has the best high-temperature performance, UTAC-7 has a strong anti-cracking ability at low temperature, Novachip-B has better water stability, OGFC-7 has the largest structural depth, and Novachip-B has a higher swing value.
