摘要
为解决城市特长隧道通行空间噪声水平高、驾乘人员通行体验差及多孔沥青混合料路面易堵塞的问题,提出采用双层多孔沥青路面结构,优化了小粒径多孔沥青混合料的级配,同时研究了多孔沥青混合料的路用性能、吸声降噪性能及抗阻塞性能,并铺设了试验路验证其效果。结果表明,在常规筛网基础上增加6.7 mm筛网可有效控制小粒径多孔沥青混合料级配分布,便于形成良好的骨架;同时综合考虑路用性能与降噪性能,确定了沥青混合料空隙率为18%;此外,双层多孔沥青路面在防堵塞方面明显优于单层多孔沥青路面,试验路降噪效果明显,验证了该路面结构的有效性及相关设计参数选择的合理性,可为同类工程的修建提供借鉴与参考。
In order to solve the problems of high noise of traffic space,poor traffic experience of drivers and easy blockage of porous asphalt mixture pavement(PA)in urban extra-long tunnel,the double-layer PA structure is put forward.The gradation of small particle size PA is optimized.The pavement performance,sound absorption and denoise performance and anti-blockage performance are studied.A section is built to test the effect.The results show that adding 6.7 mm sieve on the basis of conventional sieve can effectively control the grading distribution of small particle size PA to form a good skeleton.Meanwhile,considering the road and denoise performance,the void ratio of mixture is determined to be 18%.In addition,the double-layer PA is obviously better than the single-layer one in anti-blocking.Denoise effect of the test section is obvious.It verifies the effectiveness of the pavement structure and the rationality of the selection of relevant design parameters,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
