摘要
文章基于供给和需求双视角,梳理了“双循环”格局对中国制造业高质量发展的重要性,制造业通过补短板、强弱项、激活力,加快疏通国内大循环,高水平开放助推国际经济大循环,从而加速形成强大国内制造业高质量发展的局面。挖掘“双循环”格局下制造业高质量发展对促进形成国内大市场的内在机制,提出产业链、供应链、价值链、资金链和人才链“五链融合”发展,加快优化制造业布局,带动制造产品质量升级。中国制造业高质量发展过程中面临制造总体发展大而不强、现代制造发展集而不群、产品有效供给全而不优的困境,为此研究提出相应的实践路径建议,为深化体制机制改革,畅通供需循环良性发展打下坚实基础,在共同富裕的道路上实现制造业的高质量发展。
The article is based on supply and demand perspective,combed the"binary"pattern to our country the importance of manufacturing high-quality development,manufacturing by covering short,strong or weak,excitation energy,speed up the dredge domestic large cycle,high level open booster international economic circulation,thus accelerating form strong domestic situation of manufacturing high-quality development.Explore the internal mechanism of high-quality development of manufacturing industry to promote the forma-tion of a large domestic market under the"double cycle"pattern,propose the"five chain integration"development of industrial chain,supply chain,value chain,capital chain and talent chain,accelerate the optimization of the layout of manufacturing industry,drive the quality upgrade of manufactured products.Found in the process of manufacturing high-quality development in China faces make overall development big but not strong,the development of modern manufacturing but not group of effective supply,product all not optimal,put forward the corresponding practice path advice,to deepen the reform of the system and mechanism,and the supply and demand cycle benign development to lay a solid ground,on the road of collective prosperity of manufacturing high-quality development.
