摘要
地方高校师德师风建设是地方高校发展的重要课题。地方高校的“地方性”特点决定了其特有的师德师风建设路径,从“地方性”的特点出发,通过党建引领、制度建设、典型示范等方式,有效的提升地方高校师德师风长效机制建设。
The construction of teachers’ ethics in local colleges and universities is an important subject for the development of local colleges and universities. The characteristics of “localism” of local colleges decides its unique teacher ethics construction path. Local colleges can promote the long-term mechanism construction of teachers’ morality by means of Party construction, system construction, model demonstration and so on.
