摘要
目的观察超声引导下消炎镇痛药注射治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月在我院进行诊断与治疗的粘连性肩关节囊炎患者共20例,并将其随机分成两组,每组各10例。对照组患者仅行超声诊断和健康教育,不予任何治疗;治疗组患者在超声诊断基础上行超声引导药物注射,分别于治疗前后进行疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)和Neer肩关节功能评分,比较两组并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前VAS评分和Neer肩关节功能评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者VAS评分低于治疗前,Neer肩关节功能评分高于治疗前,且治疗组患者VAS评分低于对照组,Neer肩关节功能评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,在并发症方面,两组患者均未发生相关肩周并发症。结论超声引导肩关节腔内药物注射可有效减轻粘连性肩关节囊炎患者的疼痛、改善其肢体功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided anti-inflammatory and analgesic injection in the treatment of adhesive bursitis of the shoulder.Methods A total of 20 patients with adhesive shoulder capsulitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 10 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received only ultrasound diagnosis and health education without any treatment;patients in the treatment group received ultrasound-mediated drug injection on the basis of ultrasound diagnosis,The treatment lasted 1 month,and the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Neer shoulder function score were performed before and 1 month after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and Neer shoulder joint function score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the VAS score of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,and the Neer shoulder joint function score was higher than that before treatment.And the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the Neer shoulder joint function score was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences.Significance(P<0.05).In addition,in terms of complications,there were no related shoulder complications in the two groups of patients.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided injection of drugs into the shoulder joint cavity can effectively alleviate the pain,improve the function of the limbs and improve the quality of life in patients with adhesive bursitis.
