摘要
易地扶贫搬迁工程是我国一项重要的扶贫开发工程,是全面消除贫困的一项重大保障措施。其中,随迁子女学校适应的问题会直接影响易地扶贫搬迁的完成质量,亟待社会各界的关注。通过对贵州省黔西南布依族苗族自治州M市三所易地扶贫搬迁安置小学中高年级学生进行的问卷调查,发现随迁子女在学业适应、师生关系适应、同伴关系适应、常规适应等四个维度上普遍处于中等水平,学校适应状况不容乐观。对此,从家庭、学校、社区三个层面着手,提出了有效提升易地扶贫搬迁随迁子女学校适应能力的建议。
The relocation for poverty alleviation is an important project in China and a major guarantee measure for the overall elimina-tion of poverty.Among them,the problemof school adaptation of migratory children will directly affect the quality of the relocation for poverty alleviation,which urgently needs the attention of all sectors of society.Through the questionnaires’survey to primary school students in three primary schools established for relocation poverty alleviation inMcity,Buyi andMiao autonomous region in the south-west of Guizhou province,it was found that the migratory children are generally at the middle level in the four dimensions of academic adaptation,teacher-student relationship adaptation,peer relationship adaptation and routine adaptation,and the school adaptation is not optimistic.In this regard,fromthe three levels of family,school and community,this paper puts forward some suggestions to effectively improve the school adaptability of migratory children in relocation for poverty alleviation.
