摘要
流动人口随迁子女已经成为当代中国城市社会中一个不可忽视的社会群体,流动人口随迁子女的社会融入问题随着其数量的不断增加受到整个社会的密切关注。利用上海市人口与发展研究中心2014年开展的中学生人际交往与家庭支持调查数据,通过实证方法分析影响随迁子女交往融入的相关因素,发现流动人口随迁子女的交往融入问题不仅源于其个人的性格,而且源于家庭和学校给予的支持不足,还有社会支持的缺失与资源的不均。由此得出结论,应当为随迁子女建设包容发展的制度环境、营造和谐民主的家庭环境与友好互助的教育氛围。
Migrant children of floating population have become a social group that can not be ignored in the contemporary urban society in China.With the increasing number of migrant children,their social integration has been closely paid attention to by the whole society.Based on the data of interpersonal communication and family support survey of middle school students carried out by Shanghai Population and Development Research Center in 2014 and the analysis of relevant factors that affect the integration of migrant children through the empirical method,it is found that the integration of migrant children is closely related not only to their personality,but also to the lack of support from their families and schools,as well as the lack of social support and imbalanced resources.Therefore,it is suggested in this paper that we should build an institutional environment of inclusive development for them so as to create a harmonious and democratic family environment and a friendly and mutual educational atmosphere.
