摘要
通过大信号模型端口等效的电路原则,分别分析了广泛应用于工业生产领域的两类高效率谐振变换器(LLC与CLLLC)的电路模型,详细论述了两类变换器电路模型之间的关系与区别.并通过模型等效方法,将CLLLC谐振变换器简化为LLC-C变换器模型,实现了模型降阶.在此基础上通过正余弦分量扰动的方法建立了变换器的小信号模型,并通过仿真与实验验证了建模方法的正确性.
Based on the circuit principle of port equivalence for large-signal model, the circuit models of two types of high-efficiency resonant converters(LLC and CLLLC) are analyzed, which are widely used in industrial production. The relationship and the difference between the two converter circuit models are discussed in detail. Through the model equivalence method, the CLLLC resonant converter is simplified to the LLC-C converter, thus realizing reduced model order. Based on this, the small-signal model of the converter is established by the method of sine-cosine component disturbance, and the correctness of the modeling method is verified by simulation and experiment.
