基于失调理论的曲轴扭转减振器参数优化研究

摘要 针对某款发动机曲轴的扭转共振问题,提出了一种来源于模态惯量法的扭转减振器(torsional vibration damper,简称TVD)参数优化方法。将曲轴多自由度扭振模型等效成单自由度扭振模型,通过对Den Hartog的最优同调设计理论进行研究推广,提出了TVD失调与过调的概念。以此为理论依据,针对TVD与曲轴耦合后在多个频率激励下均会出现扭转共振的特点,以曲轴Hub端的Overall角加速度曲线与理想直线的最大相对误差最小化为目标函数,以TVD频率调整因子为优化变量,建立了优化模型。计算结果显示,使用该优化模型能够更好地实现TVD与曲轴的合理匹配。试验测试结果表明,使用优化后的TVD能够降低发动机Hub端的扭振响应与加速噪声峰值,提升整机的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(noise,vibration,and harshness,简称NVH)性能。 A new optimal engine crankshaft torsional vibration dampers(TVD)design concept and method are proposed to reduce the torsional resonant responses of the crankshaft.The proposed method derives from the modal inertia method is used to simplify the multi-degree of freedom system of a crankshaft to a single degree of freedom system,then the traditional Den Hartog′s optimal tuning theory is extended to the off-tuning theory,and the negative and positive off-tuning concepts are proposed.Furthermore,in view of the occurring of torsional resonances are produced by multiple excitation frequencies of a crankshaft,an optimization model is developed to maximize the linearity of the torsional vibration response of the engine crankshaft based on the proposed off-tuning theory.In this model,the adjustment factor of the natural frequency of the TVD is chosen as the optimization design parameter.The TVD optimized by the method is shown to have a much better Overall result and a best matching between TVD and crankshaft.Through testing,the torsional vibration responses of Hub and accelerating noises of engine are proven to reduce after optimization,and the noise,vibration and harshness(NVH)performance of the engine is improved.
