摘要
新时代生命教育应服务于立德树人的根本目标,培养全面发展的人才。《民法典》的实施开启了权利保护的新时代,特别是人格权单独成编,更是彰显了对人格尊严的尊重和保护。在此背景下,从理念、内容和路径三个维度对高校生命教育进行了审视,提出发展高校生命教育的措施,即以生命尊严为核心,推进生命教育理念;以人格培育为重点,深化生命教育内容;以权利保护为主旨,拓展生命教育路径,从而满足新时代人才培养的需要。
Life education in the new era should serve the fundamental goal of cultivating people by virtue and cultivate talents with all-round development. The implementation of the Civil Code has opened a new era of rights protection, especially the separate compilation of personality rights,which demonstrates the respect and protection of personal dignity. In this context, the paper made an analysis of life education in colleges from the idea,the content and the path,and put forward the measures of developing life education, including promoting the concept of life education based on the core of life dignity,deepening the content of life education based on the focus of personal dignity and expanding the path of life based on the gist of rights protection to meet the needs of talent training in the new era.
