摘要
橡椀鞣质作为一种天然可再生的吸附甲醛的材料具有较高的研究与应用价值。试验通过傅里叶红外光谱分析,气质联用分析及微分热重分析研究了橡椀鞣质与甲醛的化学反应特性。发现橡椀鞣质可以与甲醛发生复杂的化学反应,生成多种复杂的产物。研究了不同温度及pH对橡椀鞣质与甲醛反应的影响。发现温度为35℃,pH为12时是最佳的反应条件。在此条件下,制备出橡椀鞣质基泡沫混凝土,对其使用特性进行了检测,发现当鞣质添加量为0.5%时可以达到较好的使用性能,同时其甲醛吸附效果较为显著,达到了2.69 mg/m^(3)。
Valonia tannin had high research and application value in formaldehyde adsorption as a natural and renewable material.The chemical reaction characteristics of valonia tannin and formaldehyde were studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and differential thermogravimetric analysis.It was found that complex chemical reactions of valonia tannin with formaldehyde could produce a variety of complex products.The effect of different temperature and p H on the reaction of valonia tannin with formaldehyde was studied.It was found that the optimum reaction conditions were 35 ℃ and p H was 12.Valonia tannin-based foamed concrete was prepared under these conditions and its application characteristics were also detected.The data showed that the best performance of valonia tann-based foamed concrete was achieved when the dosage of tannin was 0.5%,and its formaldehyde adsorption value reached 2.69 mg/m^(3).
