摘要
文章探讨了采用OptiMax型剑杆织机生产亚麻织物的关键工艺和技术措施。针对在OptiMax型剑杆织机生产亚麻织物时断经多、车速低、织造效率低的问题,通过优化浆纱工艺,调整后梁高度、开口时间、上机张力等工艺参数,使织机的效率提高到80%以上,一等品率由不足70%提高到80%以上。
This paper introduces key processing and technology measures of producing linen fabric on OptiMax rapier loom.Aiming to solve the existed problems such as broken warps,low operating speed,and low weaving efficiency,the sizing process was optimized by adjusting process parameters of back beam height,shed timing,and loom tension.In doing so,the loom efficiency could reach above 80%,and the first-class product rate could be increased from less than 70%to above 80%.
