摘要
中医药扶正抗癌法广泛应用于临床,根据其治疗大法拟定的中药方剂也取得了一定的临床疗效。研究发现,参芪扶正注射液通过改善免疫细胞功能、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、促进骨髓造血干细胞DNA损伤修复、调节耐药蛋白的表达和调控相关信号通路等机制发挥抗肿瘤治疗作用。该文系统梳理了近年来相关文献,对参芪扶正注射液在肿瘤治疗中的作用机制研究进行综述,为进一步基础研究及临床应用提供参考。
Fuzheng anticancer method of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in clinic,and the traditional Chinese medicine prescription formulated according to its treatment method has also achieved certain clinical efficacy.It is found that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection plays an anti-tumor therapeutic role by improving immune cell function,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,promoting DNA damage repair of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells,regulating the expression of drugresistant proteins and regulating related signal pathways.This paper systematically combs the relevant literature in recent years,and summarizes the research on the mechanism of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in tumor treatment,so as to provide reference for further basic research and clinical application.
