摘要
目的探究坎地沙坦联合中药汤剂对晚期原发性肝癌临床疗效、VEGF水平、免疫功能的影响。方法研究合计纳入122例晚期原发性肝癌患者,均由该院血液内分泌科2019年3月—2020年8月收治,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,予以对照组患者(61例)中药汤剂治疗,予以观察组患者(61例)坎地沙坦联合中药汤剂治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肿瘤直径大小变化、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)水平变化、免疫功能指标变化及生活质量量表(KPS)评分变化。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者肿瘤直径大小、VEGF及HIF-1α水平、CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(8)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)、NK细胞等免疫功能指标、KPS评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者肿瘤直径大小、VEGF及HIF-1α水平、CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(8)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)、NK细胞等免疫功能指标、KPS评分均改善,观察组患者治疗后肿瘤直径大小、VEGF及HIF-1α水平、CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(8)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)、NK细胞等免疫功能指标、KPS评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦联合中药汤剂治疗晚期原发性肝癌临床疗效显著,患者恢复好,免疫功能提升,生活质量改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,VEGF level and immune function of candesartan combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 122 patients with advanced primary liver cancer were included in the study.They were treated by the Department of Blood Endocrinology of the hospital from March 2019 to August 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group(61 cases)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and those in the observation group(61 cases)were treated with candesartan combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The clinical efficacy,changes in tumor diameter,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α),immune function indexes and quality of life scale(KPS)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,tumor diameter,levels of VEGF and HIF-1α,immune function indexes such as CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(8)and CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8),NK cells and KPS score between two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,tumor diameter,levels of VEGF and HIF-1α,immune function indexes such as CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(8),CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8),NK cells and KPS score were improved in both groups.After treatment,tumor diameter,levels of VEGF and HIF-1α,immune function indexes such as CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4),CD^(+)_(8),CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8),NK cells and KPS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Candesartan combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer has a significant clinical effect.The patients recovered well,the immune function improved and the quality of life improved.
