摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的临床效果,并研究其治疗机制。方法选择邹城市中医院2020年6月—2021年12月收治的89例DKA患者作为研究对象,运用电脑数字分组法分为对照组(44例)与研究组(45例)。对照组患者接受常规西医疗法,研究组在西医治疗基础之上自拟滋阴补气方进行治疗,比较两组患者临床指标的恢复时间、中医证候评分以及血气指标。结果研究组患者的血糖达标、尿酮体转阴、酸中毒纠正所用时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后研究组患者血气分析及实验室各指标水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者在西医治疗基础之上接收滋阴补气方进行治疗,其患者的临床症状改变速度、中医证候积分以及各生化指标变化情况均显著改善,中西医结合方案治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA),and to study its therapeutic mechanism.Methods A total of 89 patients with DKA who were admitced to the zoucheng hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(44 cases)and study group(45 cases)by computer numerical grouping method.The patients in the control group received conventional western medicine,while the patients in the study group were treated with nourishing yin and qi prescription on the basis of western medicine.Comparing the recovery time of clinical indexes,TCM syndrome scores and blood gas indexes of the two groups.Results The time taken for blood sugar standard,turn negative for urinary ketones and correct acidosis in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the blood gas analysis and laboratory index levels in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were treated with nourishing yin and qi prescription on the basis of western medicine.The speed of change of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and changes of various biochemical indexes of the patients were significantly improved.The treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect.
